The Mid-Atlantic region is rich in history and contains some of the most beautiful scenery found anywhere in the United States. And many of these sites and sceneries are located within the boundaries of the NWS Blacksburg forecast area. To assist those who plan to visit these points of interest, we have developed this Recreational Forecast webpage, which will provide weather forecast information specific to many of the parks and historical sites found within our area. Hover the mouse cursor over the white circles on the map to see the name of the point of interest, and click on those circles to see the forecast. This page is still under construction, and additional points will be added in the near future.
